Once your order is placed, you may check the status of your order at any time from Account page. We do not see or store your Paypal user name or password, we do not keep any information with your credit cards used in the Paypal transactions. All we get is a Paypal Transaction ID.

How fast do you process my orders?

  • For any orders received before 4:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) Los Angeles time ( UTC-7, Pacific Standard Time, US and Canada) are processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders received on Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Orders received during the public holidays when no shipping companies open on that day will be processed and shipped out on the first business day following that holiday.
